How does CareCerts help Managers and Administrators?

CareCerts reduces agency training expense while ensuring compliance with regulations -- training is designed to ensure that the minimum knowledge standards are included in all Certificate Trainings for Agency staff working with Non-Medical Personal Care Agencies.

We are new to home care and and need personal care staff training. Why should we choose CareCerts?

CareCerts is created by CHC Training & Consulting for Colorado's home care industry. CareCerts offers certificate training for roles of Homemaker and Personal Care Worker in an effective online platform. Individuals can take single courses or Agency management can purchase an entire set of either or both to manage and streamline the oversight of Direct Care worker training.

Are the Colorado non-medical training requirements included?

Yes. CareCerts programs are built directly from Colorado licensure regulations (6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 26) and HCBS Medicaid requirements (10 CCR 2505-10, Part 8.7000). Other states may also accept CareCerts training, and we are expanding to align with additional state and federal guidelines.

What if my agency has a mix of Homemakers, PCWs, and Skilled staff?
